At Orchard Mead we care very much about our Year 11s doing as well as they can in their final exams and being proud of themselves and their work.

To give them the best chance of this it is important they work hard in all lessons and complete all the homework they are set.

Students who work hard in all lessons and complete all their homework are entered for a weekly prize draw. Those that do not work hard in less than 90% of their lessons or complete less than 90% of their homework will be placed in a weekly Thursday catch up detention.

We realise that some students and families have circumstances that make this a challenge and if you need help from us, please do let us know. Thank you for your support – at the end of the year we are certain that it’ll all be worth it and that we’ll all be filled with such pride.
